1. Is HoliPan pre-seasoned?

Yes. Every HoliPan comes pre-seasoned with natural cooking oil, so it's ready to use right out of the box. The seasoning will continue to improve with regular cooking.

2. What is HoliPan made of?

HoliPan is made from premium pure cast iron with no synthetic coatings, PFOAs, or PTFEs. Just cast iron and natural seasoning.

3. Where is HoliPan made?

HoliPan is proudly made in Taiwan using precision casting technology and skilled craftsmanship.

4. What can I cook with HoliPan?

HoliPan is designed for frying, sautéing, stir-frying, simmering, baking, roasting, deep frying, and even serving directly at the table.

However, we recommend avoiding a few situations:

  • Highly acidic foods for extended periods, such as tomato sauce, vinegar-based dishes, or citrus-heavy recipes. Long cooking times may gradually wear down the seasoning layer and affect the pan's surface.

  • Storing food in the pan after cooking. Transfer leftovers to another container to help prevent moisture and acidity from affecting the cast iron.

  • Boiling water for long periods without cooking oils or food. This can dry out the seasoning layer over time.

With regular use and proper care, your HoliPan will naturally build a stronger seasoning layer, making it even better with every meal.

5. Is HoliPan compatible with all cooktops?

Yes. HoliPan works on gas, electric, induction, ceramic, grills, campfires, and is oven-safe.

6. Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. Cast iron is extremely durable and safe to use with metal, wood, or silicone utensils.

7. How do I clean my HoliPan?

Wash with warm water and a soft sponge or brush. Mild dish soap is safe when needed. Dry the pan completely, then apply a very thin layer of cooking oil before storing.

8. What if my HoliPan develops rust?

Rust is completely normal and easy to remove. Simply scrub away the rust, dry the pan thoroughly, apply a thin layer of oil, and continue cooking to rebuild the seasoning.

9. Why does my HoliPan become darker over time?

That's a good sign. As you cook, the natural seasoning layer develops, creating a darker surface and improving the pan's natural non-stick performance.

10. Is HoliPan dishwasher safe?

No. Hand washing is recommended to protect the seasoning and maximize the lifespan of your cast iron pan.

11. Does HoliPan require seasoning?

It comes pre-seasoned, but like all cast iron cookware, the seasoning naturally improves with regular cooking. The more you use it, the better it performs.

12. What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your HoliPan within 45 days of delivery.

13. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

14. How long will delivery take?

Orders are expected to be delivered by mid-November 2026. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.
